Svenska Alarm is growing, and we are looking for the next star in our sales team in Malmö. With us, you will have a role where you actually make a difference – you help individuals and businesses find the right security solution for their specific needs. This is not a job where you just read from a script. What you will do here You handle outbound contacts via phone, email, and digital channels. You present our alarm solutions, understand the customer's situation, and find the setup that suits them best. The entire sales process is yours – and when you close a deal, you see it directly in your salary. We believe that you

• Enjoy talking to people and are good at building trust quickly
• Thrive with clear goals and are motivated by achieving them
• Remain calm and solution-oriented even at a high pace
• Speak and write Swedish fluently

Whether you stay with us for one year or ten, you will receive structured training in modern sales as a foundation – communication, sales psychology, and business acumen – combined with specialist competence in security sales. • Fixed salary + commission – Target salary between 30,000-50,000 SEK. No salary cap.
